Postures are taught to make pregnancy more comfortable while preparing the body for giving birth.  The class includes work on breath, kegal exercises, and strengthening postures. Pregnancy yoga helps keep you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation.  It also helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax preparing you for the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood.

Mom and Baby Yoga:
Mom and Baby yoga helps new mothers get back in shape while enjoying close, meaningful interaction with their newborn. Moms will learn a dynamic and nurturing yoga sequence that will help restore the pelvic floor, regain inner strength, and find a sense of calm. Mom and Baby yoga helps mothers regain strength and flexibility while promoting bonding with their baby and a community of new mothers.

Core and Restore:
Core & Restore Yoga is a postnatal yoga class open to all women in need of connecting into the core of their being, & basking in the balancing & nurturing essence of restorative yoga postures. This class is designed to restore our internal shape after childbirth, no matter if that's 6 weeks or 6 years out from baby-land. Core & Restore Yoga will work you to a light sweat, then cradle you into a deeply soothed state to take back home.

Family Yoga:
Finding time for fitness, family fun and a chance to relax can be a challenge. In family yoga classes they are all rolled into one. Together as a family and explore yoga stories, games, partner poses and relaxation in a dynamic and fun yoga environment. Unlike adult classes that may include slow and sleepy sequences, too many props or sweaty aerobics, these classes are child-centered and built for fun. All ages and levels of experience can be found in a family yoga class. An adult who is new to yoga, a student with years of experience, a pre-teen and a pre-schooler may all be practicing alongside one another. Although classes tend to be child-centered, everyone benefits. Cooperative games, partner poses and massage all facilitate connection between family members. Parents are supported in empowering themselves to take change of their family's wellness by learning specific techniques they can use at home.

Youth Yoga:
Through creative play, breathing exercise, yoga postures and relaxation, kids and teens explore the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga in a fun-filled learning environment. Children can receive enormous benefits from yoga.  Physically, it enhances flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness.  In addition, their concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation improve.  In yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with their inner self and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
